Job Summary
As a Mechanical Site Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of mechanical installations on-site.
Your role will involve managing project timelines, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that all mechanical works are carried out to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise all on-site mechanical installation activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and address any issues that may arise during the construction phase.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all site personnel.
Conduct quality inspections to ensure that all mechanical installations meet the required standards.
Manage site resources effectively, including labour, materials, and equipment.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the mechanical building services industry.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing.
Excellent leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or a related field are preferred.
Proficiency in project management software and tools is an advantage.
